The Land Rover 1 tonner came out a project to find an air transportable tractor unit for the L118 105mm light gun. This unique variant of the Land Rover exceeded expectations, able to tow the gun while carrying the 6 gunners, their personal equipment and 1t of ammunition. It went on to be widely used within the Britsh army and exported to Austrailia. 1978-90s.
This model represents a striped down version carrying cargo with driver wearing berret (L118 gun not included)
