The M548 is based on hull of the M113 with an open cargo deck. Designed to follow armoured units into tough terrain. These have been used as amo, fuel and general transport. Some saw used as Gun-buses in Vietnam with the Maxon quad 50 cal on the back. In service since the 1960s it has seen service with many nations such as the; USA, UK, Israel, West Germany, Australia, Canada and many more.
