Unpainted white metal kit, requires some modelling skill. Caution contains lead and small parts not suitable for young children

The Panther A, the commonest Panther served in the German army from mid 1943 to the end of WW2. Curiously the A model came after the D model and incorporated: an improved cupola, side skirts and drivers vision periscopes. The Panther was a superb design with a balance of mobility, armour and firepower hampered by poor reliability in early models. An interesting “what if” is the continued use of Panthers by 2 regiments of the French Army until the 1950s when spares and ammunition ran out.
